TOMgirls is a shared and unique
Mother and Daughter experience.
.
.
This programme is designed by Dr. Rachael Turkienicz for young women and their mothers. Its inter-generational approach is focused on the timeless mother daughter relationship. Together we explore the external and internal challenges that can impact the development of this essential relationship. We offer connection strategies and activities that tie the past to the future. Finally, the learning and engagement for both mothers and daughters is fun, experiential and meaningful.
.
The programme offers eight 1½ hour sessions that take place at Rachael’s Centre or in the community. It includes guest speakers, a trip to Kensington Market, creating a meal together and a wonderful closing celebration.
